In the Turrill Sculpture Garden in Oxford his works will present Polish artist Tomasz Koclęga. His first solo presentation in UK will be available for the audience from 1st October till 12 November. Koclęga’s preferred form of artistic activity is figurative sculpture, consistently developing the motif of human being. The artist explores the nature of man, examines its reactions, aspirations and needs. Being an alert observer of human nature, he creates forms that testify to a whole spectrum of human actions and desires. He exhibited repeatedly his sculptures in the public spaces. The last exhibitions were presented in Sapporo and Nayoro (Japan), Harbin (China), Bratislava (Slovakia), Zlin and Klenova (Czech Rep.) and in many Polish cities, such as: Wroclaw, Katowice, Gliwice, Rybnik, Bytom, Będzin, Chrzanów, Zabrze, Sosnowiec, Świętochłowice, Zawiercie, Pabianice, Cieszyn, Chełmek, Pacółtowo, Górki Wielkie and others.
