Visas matters – customers service: Monday 12:30 -16:30 , Tuesday to Friday 9:30 – 14:00

 Visas collection: Monday 12:30 -16:30, Tuesday to Friday 9:30 – 13:30

 Legal matters – customers service: Monday 12:00 – 17:00, Tuesday to Friday 8:30 -13:30

 All issues with regards to the Polish passports are operated on Monday from 11:00 to 17:00 and from Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 to 14:30

 Polish Passport collection – only within the hours designated on the confirmation  of passport registration – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 10:00-15:30.

 The office is closed – on Saturdays and Sundays and on all statutory holidays from work force in Poland and in England (Bank Holiday).
